任職資格

第3篇 會計審計稅務(wù)崗位職責(zé)
1.負責(zé)編制和執(zhí)行預(yù)算,財務(wù)收支計劃;
2.按照當?shù)貢嬛贫鹊囊?guī)定運用用友erp軟件、記賬、復(fù)帳,做到手續(xù)完備,賬面清晰,按期報賬;
3.負責(zé)進行公司成本費用預(yù)測、計劃、控制、核算、分析和考核,督促公司有關(guān)部門降低消耗、節(jié)約費用、提高經(jīng)濟效益;
4.負責(zé)實行會計監(jiān)督,嚴格維護財經(jīng)紀律,對重要的財務(wù)收支業(yè)務(wù)須做不定期的抽查和復(fù)審;
任職資格;
1.大專以上學(xué)歷,一年以上工作經(jīng)驗,擁有會計從業(yè)資格證;應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生可塑性強也可。
2.熟悉會計報表的處理,會計法規(guī)和稅法;熟練操作計算機辦公軟件、財務(wù)軟件;

1、每日審核日報表和相關(guān)收入單據(jù),及時入帳核算。
2、審核公司收入賬戶,根據(jù)企業(yè)會計準則“收入”的規(guī)定,分清收益、收入等的界限,確認收入;
3、對往來帳及時進行對帳工作,要求及時掛帳、掛對帳,記帳內(nèi)容必須正確,清楚反映業(yè)務(wù)往來關(guān)系;
4、對每月的收入結(jié)構(gòu)變動情況進行分析,完成編制各類收入分析統(tǒng)計表;
5、按國家會計檔案保管制度,及時整理和歸檔帳單會計憑證等資料;

任職資格:

4、能夠熟練使用財務(wù)軟件和office辦公軟件;
