-coordinate the implementation, m__ntenance and improvement of the processes of the ims and ensure that the quality system conforms to the established company, international and governmental regulatory standards and agency guidelines / 協(xié)助 ims 系統(tǒng)程序的執(zhí)行,維護以及改進,確保質(zhì)量系統(tǒng)與知名公司,國際與政府間的標準與指導方針相一致
-coordinate the acquisition and control of all system documents including internal and e_ternal (customer and 3rd party standards and technical data) and information / 協(xié)助部門的采買,掌控所有系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部與外部的文件與信息(顧客與第三方的標準與技術資料)
-coordinate the m__ntenance and management of all ims documentation and records / 協(xié)調(diào)所有 ims 系統(tǒng)文件與記錄的維護和管理
-coordinate with process owners the education and tr__ning of all employees in all related issues with the ims (system and documents) / 配合程序所有者對所有員工有關 ims 系統(tǒng)(系統(tǒng)與文件)的教育與培訓工作
-implement and m__nt__n ims is systems – aris, sharepoint, etc. / 制作與維護 ims 系統(tǒng) – 以及系統(tǒng)的高度和數(shù)率指示系統(tǒng),網(wǎng)絡平臺等
-lead personnel on projects related to the improvement of the ims processes / 領導與 ims 程序改進項目的相關人員
-define, plan and perform internal audits as assigned in accordance to customers, regulatory standards and ims requirement / 根據(jù)顧客的指示,常規(guī)的標準以及 ims 系統(tǒng)的要求來定義,計劃與實行內(nèi)部審計
-coordinate internal auditors for the successful performance of the audit plan, internal auditors competence improvement and ims improvement based on auditing results / 與內(nèi)部審計師通力協(xié)作,取得審計計劃的圓滿執(zhí)行,內(nèi)部審計師能力的提升與 ims 系統(tǒng)的改進都基于審計結(jié)果之上
-coordinate internal corrective and preventive action process, indicators and create plans to improve this process performance / 配合內(nèi)部糾正與預防措施的執(zhí)行,制定提升此程序性能的計劃
-performs follow-up audit activities to assure the timely implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions taken / 通過跟進審計活動來確保及時地執(zhí)行任務,以及有效地實行糾正措施
-coordinate the answer to corrective actions for non-conformances found during ims audits (2nd & 3rd parties) / 在兩方或者三方人員在 ims 審計期間發(fā)生意見,行動不一致時,協(xié)調(diào)各方接受糾正措施
-provide support and input to the s__fei’s management reviews / 對賽飛的管理評審提供支持并輸入相關信息
-perform other duties as assigned, including involvement with departmental and institutional improvement teams and task forces, tr__ning initiatives, and other program support activities / 執(zhí)行被分配到的其他任務,包括部門以及制度上的改進,參與工作組,主動參加培訓,以及其他項目支持工作。
required skills and e_perience / 本職位所要求的技能及經(jīng)歷:
a. educational qualifications / 教育資格
bachelor degree from college or university in engineering-related field / 大學學士學位,主修工程相關領域
b. necessary aspects / 必須條件
-e_perience of in-house audit leader (internal audit) / 有公司內(nèi)審的經(jīng)驗
-must be familiar with iso9001 / 必須熟悉iso9001
-good english / 英語熟練
-having the e_perience of ims leader management / 有ims綜合管理系統(tǒng)的管理經(jīng)驗
c. work e_perience - technical knowledge / 工作經(jīng)歷 - 專業(yè)知識
-at least 3 years of e_perience in aerospace industry or equivalent in similar position / 至少從事三年航空或者相關產(chǎn)業(yè)的工作
-certification of quality and environmental management systems as9100, iso9001, iso14001, ohsas, etc. / 熟悉質(zhì)量與環(huán)境的認證,如 as9001, iso14001, ohsas,等。
-certified internal auditor on management systems / 認證的管理系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部審計師
d. professional skills / 專業(yè)技能
-project management / 曾擔當項目經(jīng)理
-ms office and planning tools proficiency / 能熟練運用辦公軟件與設計工具
-manufacturing environment related skills / 具備與制造環(huán)境相關的技術

第2篇 質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審員崗位職責任職要求
質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審員崗位職責
1.負責制定質(zhì)量管理工作計劃和總結(jié)，協(xié)助公司開展內(nèi)審工作。
2.負責協(xié)助公司對工廠進行審核。
3.負責協(xié)助公司對質(zhì)量管理體系文件進行修訂。
4.負責對工廠體系運行的有效性實時進行監(jiān)控。
5.負責對工廠質(zhì)量管理體系運行有關數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計、分析與反饋。
6.負責對不合格項的跟蹤驗證工作。
7. 會英文優(yōu)先。
第3篇 質(zhì)量管理體系內(nèi)審員崗位職責
3年以上工作經(jīng)驗,能獨立解決生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量問題
受過醫(yī)療器械相關法律法規(guī)知識培訓,新版gmp培訓等
能夠熟練使用各種辦公軟件等
第4篇 內(nèi)審管理員崗位職責
人員要求:應屆畢業(yè)生或1年以內(nèi)工作經(jīng)驗,工程造價或工程管理專業(yè)(全日制)本科以上學歷,了解工程造價理論體系和合同管理,能夠熟練操作office軟件、autocad軟件等基本軟件,熟悉園林景觀材料、工藝及相應成本組成,具有工程施工現(xiàn)場管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
崗位職責:在本部門經(jīng)理的綜合協(xié)調(diào)下,負責項目內(nèi)部合同初審及流轉(zhuǎn)、工程過程付款審查、內(nèi)部結(jié)算工程量復核抽查及流轉(zhuǎn),及部門經(jīng)理交辦的其他事項。
第5篇 內(nèi)審管理員崗位職責任職要求
內(nèi)審管理員崗位職責
職責描述:
(1)負責對評審合同(含相關聯(lián)協(xié)議證件)、調(diào)研報告、結(jié)算流程、投融資合同合規(guī)性、綜合成本等進行初審.
(2)負責績效考核方案主要數(shù)據(jù)測算、審核、檢查工作。
(3)負責評審資料交接、移送、存檔手續(xù)，對資料完整性負責，并對已評審合同的付款開票情況建立臺賬，便于復核。
任職要求:
1、40周歲以下，本科及以上學歷，財務管理、審計等相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
2、有較強的責任心、敬業(yè)精神和團隊意識。
3、熟悉經(jīng)濟法或有相關工作經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先考慮。
